Well, @JustinBieber himself tweeted out the deets, saying that it will be available starting May 13. Of course, he encouraged fans to pre-order now by posting the link, adding that he's set to sign some copies for fans. Keep in mind that he prefaced the announcement by saying he was told to wait until he got off of the stage for his Belgium performance in order to officially relay the news.
